Kitchen & Utilities - Siemens Appliances, Induction Hob, Built in Oven, built in Microwave, Wine fridge, Nespresso Krups Coffee Machine (Please bring your own pods), Nespresso Areoccino Milk Frother, Morphy Richard four slot toaster, built in Siemens dishwasher, built in American Style full size fridge and freezer. Siemens Washing Machine, Siemens Tumble Dryer. There is a dining table with 8 chairs, remaining 2 guests will need to sit at the breakfast bar.

For Families - Travel cot, High Chair and Stair Gate provided (guests to bring their own linen for the travel cot). 

Outside - Enclosed patio area with seating and garden table and chairs provided. Decked Balcony for the Master bedroom on the first floor. 

Parking - Parking is on the driveway, there is room for 2 cars however, is not large enough for 2 4x4's. 

General - Wifi Provided. Gas Central Heating and electricity included in the rent. Underfloor Heating is located throughout the ground floor and in the first floor living room. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking. No Short Breaks. 

Pets - Maximum of 1 Pet, £25 per pet per week.

Security Deposit: Refundable £400 or Damage Waiver: Non-Refundable £40. is required 56 days before arrival.
