It's a very well-maintained complex with flowers and fruit trees. Highlights include the large, beautiful pool, the old olive tree in the driveway, and the wonderful covered terrace with comfortable seating and a magnificent view of the bay and mountains. The proximity to the sea is ideal for transportation and always ensures a pleasant breeze and a pleasant climate. The bathrooms are modern, bright, and clean. The Wi-Fi was poor, and the cutlery and dishes could have been cleaner.

Everything was great. Very friendly house owner. You should be a cat lover, as several of the neighbors' cats feel at home on the property. Very quiet, parking space, beautiful terrace

We had a few lovely days on Mallorca and in the little finca. Unfortunately, it was a bit too cold to swim in the lovely pool. The finca was clean and had everything you needed. A few extra hooks to hang things on would have been nice, as would a little note telling us where to put the rubbish. But that's what we found out. T., the landlady, is a kind-hearted person and was extremely welcoming.

Quietly located holiday home. Everything was clean and as in the description. Everything in the house was completely available and functional. The pool was also very clean. Very friendly landlady who takes care of everything and provided us with fruits from her garden. Good location for excursions in all directions (motorway from Sa Pobla towards the south).

Great house with good facilities. Quiet location, yet centrally located, just a few minutes by car, about 35-40 minutes on foot to the old town of Alcudia. Very nice and helpful landlord, completely uncomplicated handover of keys on arrival and departure.
