Located in an elegant Victorian house and situated in a desirable neighbourhood of Abergavenny and very close to the town centre and bus and rail stations. The apartment was created from the original servants quarters in the attic of Ryvington House and has been refurbished to provide living/dining/kitchenette studio and a double bedroom with exposed roof trusses and ensuite shower room. The kitchenette is equipped with a pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery along with a microwave, electric kettle and toaster. There is gas fired central heating, Freeview television and also free Wi-Fi An Aldi supermarket is just a stone's throw away as is Swan Meadow alongside the River Gavenny and ideal for that early morning walk. Castle Meadows, alongside the River Usk is just 5 minutes away and provides for those longer walks. The Abergavenny visitor centre is a 2 minute walk away and can provide details of local activities, events and facilities With over 1,000 miles of public footpaths to explore, plenty of cycle tracks and a reputation as the food and drink capital of Wales, Monmouthshire is located between the Brecon Beacons and the Wye Valley, with excellent transport links making it an accessible and attractive destination for visitors from all directions.
