Almost directly on the beach, well-maintained, with everything you need, and practically furnished. It just lacks a bit of loving attention to detail to create a truly "oh-so-lovely" feeling. Unfortunately, the microwave/oven malfunctioned, making it extremely dangerous, but that will surely be fixed. Parking is also very convenient. Overall, it's recommended.
