Rustico Olmo

When we arrived in Olmo, we found the house exactly as described in the advert. S., the keyholder, had prepared everything nicely and even lit the oven for us. Not only we, but also our children had fun relaxing in the mountains. The oven is great, baking bread, making pizza like in grandma's day. It's a real experience. The cosy living room with the tiled stove invites you to linger and the spacious attic is the perfect playroom!

The house met expectations, a few drawbacks; the oven is wood-fired, not handy when it is 30°. The shower is not built for people with a Dutch height, if you can close the door because of the limited space, it can only be locked from the outside. The church bell that is almost next to the house starts ringing every half hour from 6:00 (!) until far into the evening. Despite this, we had a fantastic stay. Communication via Google translate.

Beautiful place, relaxing, the very uncomfortable mattresses need to be reviewed I didn't sleep for the three nights, the shower has the mixer to be changed there is a risk of getting burned ... The road to climb is very impervious as many as 18 hairpin bends perhaps better to warn .. Inconvenient to move .. I don't think I'll go back ...

A lovingly renovated house. Lots of space...very remote‼️The conversation with the key handover was a bit difficult. Only Italian…no English!
