Rusalka is a well presented second floor apartment situated within a stones throw of the river and the historic Bayards Cove in the naval town of Dartmouth. The property sleeps four guests in two double bedrooms with a family bathroom and cloakroom. There is a well-equipped handmade fitted kitchen with dining area and a spacious light and bright lounge. Leading from the spacious second floor landing is a sun room with French doors leading out onto the decked balcony with frameless glass balustrades and some views over the roof tops to the river. Rusalka provides an ideal pet friendly base for couples or a small family looking to explore Dartmouth and the surrounding South Hams.

Wifi available Gas fired central heating and hot water. An annual car parking permit, for one car. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels beach towels and oven gloves.
