-On arrival, poor cleanliness -Bathroom no socket, silicone coming off, shower approx. 50x60cm, after showering everything floats -No smoke detectors -Kitchen assembled from individual parts, no extractor hood -Bedroom no socket near the bed, bunk bed ladder broken -Terrace too small, increased risk of falling -Stairs to bedroom dangerous, wardrobe is at the top -2 small electric radiators, nothing more -Floor covering on the ground floor loose The whole apartment inside and out needs to be renovated/refurbished.
