Panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Optimally suited for large families. An additional room for a maximum of 3 people can be booked on site for the duration of the stay.

Minigolf 400 m, walking paths from the house 1 m, chair lift, ski rental, ski school, sled run, children's playground 400 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bodensee 38 km. Hiking paths: Naherholungsgebiet Bregenzerwald 20 km. Please note: suitable for families. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. You will find diverse culinary offers in 13km distanced Rankweil.

We stayed at the house with a group of friends. Super layout, equipment and cleanliness. Unfortunately no snow on the doorstep (although an advantage for the journey). Very nice location with a wonderful view. Again any time.

The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay with a larger family or group of friends. The location, especially in winter, is perfect. Pure fun on the slopes without having to move the car. The spacious area and layout of the house offers sufficient privacy, rooms to be used jointly and a professional kitchen area. The family insists on repetition!

For us it was also a deja vu. We knew the house from the school days and my husband from the teacher days. We felt very comfortable and also celebrated P.'s 60th birthday there. Have a great holiday and an unforgettable birthday party in the mountains! Thanks also to the landlords for the support at the festival!

We were 16 people and had enough space. It was very clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. For example, there are high chairs for children, board games and plenty of crockery. The environment is rather quiet but great for hiking. Very friendly owners and very uncomplicated.

Care condition and equipment top. Unfortunately, a coffee maker was missing. We bought these and left them there. The next tenant is happy. Would come back anytime.

We were 12 adults (23-80 years) and a baby and we all felt very comfortable from the first moment. The handover was uncomplicated and very friendly, the house well maintained, clean and well equipped. Preparing the food in the kitchen is fun, nothing is missing and in the evening we have billiards, table football or table tennis together, what more could you want. The final cleaning at 25.00 per person sounds like a lot, but since bed linen and towels are included, we think it's fair......

It's more like a small holiday apartment than a hut, everything is totally clean and modern. A TV in almost every room. The 9 rooms are only available with an occupancy of more than 18 people and then cost 60 euros extra per day. I don't think it says that anywhere. That's a pity. And unfortunately only 1.5 fridges, which is a bit difficult for a large number of guests. But we're going back!

Overall we were satisfied. I see a big deficiency in the quality of the bed slats. They creak a lot when turned and wake up the partner. This shortage was already there last year and has unfortunately been repeated this year. Very weak Wi-Fi connection. Practically unusable.

Nice living in a beautiful environment, the only thing we lacked was a bigger fridge (the current one is quite small for 20 people...) and at least a small freezer...otherwise everything is fine.
