The key handover was a major disaster!! According to the confirmation, this was supposed to take place in Hof Gastein/Interhome. The code didn't work here. As a result, many unsuccessful phone calls were made. The participants could not be reached. We then drove directly to the booked apartment in Bad Gastein and successfully entered the code shown. You could have avoided these inconveniences in your planning. They were more than stressful and made us angry.

The app was good but the service from Interhome was not there at all, we saw no one and it was very unclear where we had to go to pay the deposit and tourist tax, so no contact at all. To possibly ask something

Apartment Rudi in Bad Gastein is worth recommending, very comfortable for 4 people. Kitchen very well equipped. A big advantage is the proximity of the ski bus, which can take you to all ski areas. The hosts are very nice and polite.
