Rose des Sables Apartment 14 Canet-Plage, Occitanie

The location is ideal, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, but far from the hustle and bustle of Canet. The parking space and the air conditioning are really appreciable (even if the use of the air conditioning in the middle of summer makes the balcony unusable). The apartment is well appointed, with 2 separate bedrooms. But the equipment is aging and not very functional (fridge does not get cold, hood out of order. Not enough equipment for a minimum of cleaning, shower stung with mold, etc.)

The apartment is perfectly located! On the 4th floor right on the beach with a nice view. The building is very well maintained and has a neat closed parking lot at the back. The apartment is quite spacious but outdated. Cooking pans and crockery available to a limited extent. Furthermore, clean.

satisfactory, magnificent view, bedding cover in limited condition, entrance door locks mounted upside down and cover of the bathroom lighting ramp not replaced, reported to the agency on the 1st day and had no effect.

Spacious apartment with lovely sea view; all comfort and all amenities nearby as well as a parking space.

We were satisfied with our rental with a spacious apartment, a little dated, but very well located near the beach and shops.
