* Beds: 2 double beds, 1 set of bunk beds (only suitable for children).

* Utilities: Electric oven with induction hob, dishwasher, washer / dryer, fridge freezer.
* Standard: Iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster.
* Other: Bed linen and towels are provided. Feedback Sports Bike stand and Performance Bike Pump/accessories in outshed for cyclists use.

* Please Note: Due to the proximity of the river and road this property may not be suitable for children under the age of 12. Any children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 
* Layout: Located over two floors.
* Parking: Private parking for 2 cars.
* Mobility: Should there be any specific health or mobility difficulties which may affect a party member, this must be pointed out at the initial reservation stage so that the suitability of the property can be assessed, especially as there are steps on the ground floor and also stairs up to bedrooms and bathroom.
