It's dated. When we arrived, it had not been cleaned and all the laundry and bedding was still on the floor and on the beds. When we entered, a mirror immediately fell down. A few bedside table lamps were broken. Furthermore, only 1 burner of the stove worked well. Too small for 8 people, there were 5 of us and that's fine. We had a good time with that.

Pleasant, but for 8 people if there are 4 adults and 4 children perfect, but for 6 adults: the double bunk beds in the hallway are a bit tight and the lounge area lacks a bit of comfort.

We spent a very good week in the apartment. We were 5 and had plenty of room. The living room is very pleasant and spacious. The only downside is the poor sound insulation of the building. One bedroom overlooks the landing and benefits from the noise of the hallway and the elevator.
