Super nice location with a view of the lake, also central for trips to historic towns, shopping only possible by car, Bolsena can be reached with a short hike (40 minutes). Clean pool, kitchen equipment simple, but everything in order & clean, beds good & hygienic. We felt very comfortable. However, we received too little information about infrastructure (bus, shopping), had to go to the tourist information office.

The accommodation is in a quiet location and ideal for families. The pool is very clean and contains little chlorine. Great! We'll be back!

Really great facility! Fantastic sunsets, everything very clean, the pool is cleaned regularly. The landlord lives on site, but is very inconspicuous, but can be reached immediately if you need anything. For a house with two ** everything is top notch. What applies to the entire Lake Bolsena is that you have to protect yourself well against mosquitoes.

Very nice property as in the photos. Landlady friendly and courteous, communication in English no problem. If you want to explore the area, you will find an ideal starting point here, whether to the sea, to Rome (v.Orvieto by train) or the sulfur thermal baths, it was a very nice one Vacation. Definitely come back..

Superb location well located. The only downside is the lack of dishes, a bit tight for 7 people.

Well-groomed beautiful plant, rosemary, thyme, cherries etc. for free picking. Spacious, surprisingly well-equipped apartment - if something is missing, they will immediately try to replace it. Beautiful surroundings with interesting excursion destinations - Rome can be reached from Orvieto (free parking) by train within 1 hour...
