Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking at 100 m. Shop 6 km, grocery 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Postauto Line 322" 20 m, railway station "Tenero" 6 km, sandy beach 6 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km, thermal baths "Thermali e Salini" 13 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km, riding stable 5 km, walking paths from the house 5 m. Nearby attractions: Faconeria, Locarno, Mercato Cannobio, Luino, Intra IT, Madonna del Sasso. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. We liked this typical little Rustico, simple, but well appointed. Ideal for a couple, surrounded by nature. Pretty sunny terrace, walking paths nearby. And the postal auto right in front of the house, very practical. The friendly owner made us feel welcome and was very accommodating with check-in and check-out times. Thanks to her. And maybe next time!

Small house, furnished in a minimalistic but completely sufficient way. Quiet and natural location on a slope. Beautiful view of the opposite hills. Beautiful stone table under laurel tree. Many excursions in the area are possible, both by bike in the Magadino Valley and on foot further up the hill and from Monte Motti. Very good for relaxing in beautiful nature and yet close to cities like Locarno and Bellinzona. Curvy approach and shopping quite far.

Isn't it ideal! Hidden behind the trees in the evening sun. Agarone is a village either you go up or down, not suitable for short walks!

You can find out everything relevant from the survey. We had to leave a day early, did several times!! Tried to reach the landlord by phone, even on the specified departure day at 10:00 a.m., no response!! Until now we have not been contacted. This is very weak! Therefore, we will certainly not recommend this accommodation to anyone, in addition, the apartment was very, very dirty. Traces of the previous tenant under the toilet ring. Insanely ugly! Everything was very dusty and the dishes were dirty.

Small rustico, as you imagine it. Quiet location with a nice seating area. Furnishings and equipment rather minimal. Good location to leave the car in Riazzino or Tenero and take a trip by public transport.

Small rustico, perfect for 2 people. Equipment and facilities rather spartan. There is another house nearby, but this doesn't bother you, as the seat runs in the other direction. Really little aircraft noise from Ticino regional airport. Didn't bother us at all. Lots of nature around the house, including many native lizards and butterflies.
