A top rental, with a huge roof top, very large, bright, sunny apartment and ideally located 100m from the beach and the city center. The only downside no glass glasses only plastic glasses and no bowl for breakfast! But otherwise perfect!

The apartment is great, nothing is missing in terms of furnishings and the kitchen. You had to ask some things, for example where the rubbish belongs. The location of the apartment is also great, everything is within walking distance - whether it's the beach, shops, grocery store and pubs. Unfortunately that was the only problem, because of the heat you could only sleep with the window open and the party noise down the street went on until 5am every night. An air conditioner would be the solution.

We enjoyed our holiday in this spacious apartment with our 2 children. We came here for the 2nd time. Last time there was a mandatory closing hour for the catering industry due to covid. That was no longer the case, so we only now realized that we were staying above an exit area and that we had serious nighttime noise until at least 3 or 4 am. It was 27 degrees inside the apartment, but we couldn't sleep with the kids with the windows open.

The apartment and the location were great!!!! Flaws: crumbs and hair in the sofa and under the cushions on the chairs. The storage room is not kept clean. Dirty towel in the washing machine. The water pressure in both bathrooms was too weak. The carpet in the living room needs to be replaced.

Architect's apartment with a cathedral living room, a very large well-equipped kitchen, two beautiful terraces and a very beautiful view, everything was perfect and we will be back

It is a pity that it was so dusty and that the carpets were dirty, the dishes and cutlery were dirty in the cupboard, nuts from the previous tenant under the coffee table, ... That would not have happened with a decent cleaning lady. After all, we pay 25 euros per person to have it cleaned there...

spacious apartment with beautiful terraces, beds made AND towel packages. Here and there maintenance problem such as calcified taps despite mentions of previous tenants. Proper access description to garage and main entrance + house rules would be useful for, among other things, taking away waste. Secure, yet narrow garage parking space. Ideal location close to the beach, promenade, fish market, shops and pick-up points with tasty menus (long live Corona ;(). It was fun without worries.

Zeer mooie accomodatie met uitstekende ligging voorzien van alle comfort. Toch vinden we het belangrijk enkele minpuntjes te vermelden: - geen nespresso-cups aanwezig terwijl dit aangegeven staat als aanwezig. - in de slaapkamer is het heel licht 's nachts, misschien te verhelpen met een verduisteringsgordijn. - het waterstraaltje in de eerste badkamer is wel heel erg klein en de doucheknop heeft zijn beste tijden gekend. - TIP: 2 sleutels met buttom om binnen te komen is wel handig!

Not very clean! Expired coffee (capsules), coffee machine: old water still in it & used capsules in the container, toilet brush full of toilet paper residue, window full of fingerprints, kitchen handles full of grease (was definitely not cleaned!!!) if you walked barefoot for a moment, your feet were completely black .

Only downside was the use of private parking. Difficult with the map. Privately, we thought we would have to pay practically nothing more. Had to pay 69 euros. So very expensive. Best to mention at the accommodation.
