On arrival the house was very dirty, they had only partially cleaned the toilets and made the beds with clean sheets. Dirty terrace, stained and odorous sofa bedspreads, very dirty floors with traces of hair, nails, medicine boxes, hair ties, lint, sticky kitchen with dirty cabinets and drawers, etc. We had to spend the first afternoon of vacation cleaning with bleach. The air conditioning did not work and I spent 4.5 hours with the technician on the first Monday of my stay. Perfect location

Nice apartment that matches the description. Ideally located. Swimming pool very good, few people, clean. A few small improvements could be considered: - increase the supply of crockery - offer 2 sets of keys - repair the intercom and air conditioning in an upstairs bedroom - provide a vacuum cleaner. Apart from that, we had a very good holiday in this magnificent region.

The apartment is in need of renovation work. On our third night a number of the tiles fell off the bathroom wall, smashing across the floor and damaging the toilet. Interhome Maintenance inspected and promptly removed the whole wall of tiles as they were dangerous. This left us with only the small shower room for the next 11 days of our holiday!! I spent time facilitating the Maintenance men and Insurance company and disappointed no compensation has been offered for the inconvenience.

pleasant apartment well located between the port and the Arénal. small intercom problems due to the condominium but also no button on the intercom to open the door, so we had to go down .... On the other hand I thank Interhome for its kindness because there were very few dishes and the team completed what was missing (no bowls, 5 teaspoons for accommodation of 6 people ...)

The apartment is well located to go to the recording beach, it is beautiful and modern, but it has had some faults that should be fixed, the air conditioning did not work, the video intercom either, the refrigerator did not cool, the tiny garage space and Between pillars, the two terraces were a bit dirty and it also seems to me that the entrance at 4:00 p.m. is a little late and the exit at 10:00 a little early, and it would be nice to be able to leave keys in the apartment on departure .
