Nice apartment and not far from the center. Very small and wobbly parasol, not usable at all. The light above the seal in the bathroom is a joke, it couldn't be any darker! WiFi is useless with a very poor bandwidth of 10 Mbits!!! The neighbors' heat pumps can be heard clearly at night with the windows open. There are no fly screens on the windows. The price-performance ratio is not quite right.
