THE PLACE IS BRILLIANT, BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN..
Mr Witkiss, May 2019
Just a lovely place.. It seemed like new as it was so clean. Lovely kitchen/diner.
Good place for a base to visit places in North Norfolk.
Very nice holiday property.. The owners allowed us early access which was great and left tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and even a nice bottle of wine. Well recommended.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Robin's Nest which was extremely well equipped, very clean and comfortable.. It was an ideal location for exploring Cromer and the surrounding area.
A great holiday home in a quiet cul de sac about twenty minutes walking time from Cromer town centre.. We have stayed in many self catering properties over the years and this has to rate as one of the best. Thoroughly recommended. Ideally situated for coastal walks and easy access to all thIs area of N Norfolk.
Everything was lovely great thought given to detail it was like home from home , thank you.. I personally had difficulty with the stairs but problem rectified with sofa bed which I found quite comfortable it was easy to assembly and return to a couch through the daytime. We all enjoyed our holiday very much.
This house is great for family sharing, everything thought of down to children’s plates and cutlery.. Also flowers and wine for on our arrival.
Robins Nest is ideal for families.. The house is equipped with toys, games, DVDs and books for young and old. There is a bus stop close by and lots of things to do whatever the weather.
The house fulfilled our needs as 3 adults wanting 2 bathrooms, also having the snug area and a separate lounge suited us well.. The kitchen was well equipped and provided for all of our cooking needs, we also appreciated having the dish washer. When we were searching for a place to stay we nearly discarded Robin's Nest as we thought it might be too remote from public transport which, as walkers we like to use, however, the bus service was close by and easy to use and perhaps worth a mention in the advertising.
The welcome pack provided by the owner was a lovely surprise and a most thoughtful gesture which we really did appreciate.
The house was spacious and modern the owner couldn’t do enough to help.. The enclosed garden is good for small children to run around in. A great base for a family holiday.
Wonderfully set up property.. We were a group of 6 friends staying for New Year and had a wonderful time. The property is in a new development area and as such is clean, warm and well set up, even for such a large group. The owners were very helpful and willing to change the check out time for us which was much appreciated. Thank you for such a relaxing holiday.
The first thing that struck me about the house was how clean and shiny everything was.The second was the flowers and chocolates not to mention the milk in the fridge and teabags!Nothing was too much trouble for Mrs Richardson who was most supportive and helpful. One disappointment was the travel cot as we wanted a proper one but this was my mistake as I didn't check beforehand. Mrs R will ensure this is mentioned in future.Apart from that we had everything we needed and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Fantastic holiday home, very well equipped, toys and games for the children, lots of information provided.. The only thing was there was not a 'summer' duvet on the single bed, so we bought one from home.
No, the house was clean and exceptionally well equipped.. The owners were friendly and concerned. The only thing that would stop me booking gain was the location. It was too suburban for my liking. But my overall experience with Sykes was first class.
Mr Bridgland, July 2017
Lovely house well equipped - owner left welcome tray for us very much appreciated.. Would certainly recommend to others.
The location was perfect. We were extremely comfortable in the house; it felt like home from home. The finishing touches made us feel welcome.

A very high standard of self catering accommodation..
Robin's Nest was absolutely immaculate and is a credit to the owner. Everything appeared almost brand new in the property. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The property is bright, fresh feeling and modern. The bedding was crisp and clean and the towels were fluffy. What more could you ask for? We stayed with our two little children plus another couple and it was plenty big enough for us. It is about 1 mile outside of Cromer therefore an excellent base for a few days around this lovely part of Norfolk.

This house sets the standard by which all future self catering accommodation should be measured - absolutely superb! There was plenty of quality kitchen equipment/crockery as well as comfortable furnishings and linen.
A truly lovely house in a quite new estate in Northrepps. Beautiful decor, lovely welcoming touches and everything you might need for a stay away. Truly a home from home.
Mrs Steer, October 2015

A wonderful short break in this gorgeous town house offering everything we could possibly need. It is so well equipped and been very thoughtfully decorated to a very high standard. The children were so happy with the DVDs provided and games that were available as well as the welcome tray, a lovely touch after our journey.
