Riviera

The house is spacious, modernly furnished, and well-equipped. It has a good location, a large terrace, a great view, and a beautiful garden. The pool is located below the terrace and unfortunately doesn't get much sun in September. There are two parking spaces available, possibly three with a lot of maneuvering. A major drawback to the otherwise beautiful umbrella pines is that they produce a lot of resin, making everything underneath sticky. There are three bathrooms but only two toilets, too few for nine people.

Due to the sloping roof, walking upright in one of the bathrooms was impossible. One bedroom was so small that the door to the terrace could not be opened. All garden furniture and the terrace were blocked by pine trees. The bedding was inadequate. No fitted sheets. Wardrobes were too small. Clothes were difficult to hang up. Shower cubicles had inadequate splash guards. The bathroom floor was completely wet after use. Three trash containers were overflowing and not emptied on the first day.
