Based at the foot of the Castle, with an array of amenities and local attractions on the doorstep. Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, slimline dishwasher. 2 x Smart TVs with Freeview, Netflix and iplayer apps etc, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels plus logburner starter pack of logs and firelighters. Off-road parking for 1 small car. Additional roadside parking nearby and public car park available less than 5 mins walk away. Small, enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. Views of castle wall. RSPB sanctuary is approx a 10 minute walk. Birdwatcher/hiklng guests welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Please note: This property accepts one well-behaved small dog only, for a charge of £20.

Accomodation Details
Over 2 floors, 1 bedroom; 1 x king-size double with en-suite bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. A baby is welcome but guests would need to bring own travel cot and cot linen. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Brilliant location on harbourside overlooking River Conwy 5 minute walk from the castle and the centre of town which has a good selection of restaurants and shops The cottage was spotless with everything you may need HOWEVER there was no off street parking for this cottage you either have to park in public car park 200metres away ..or risk the Traffic Warden and park on the harbourside I would recommend it if you didn't have a car..but I do...so won't be re-booking

Parking for 1 car is not exactly correct.. Parking is very difficult up a steep narrow slope. There are 5 cottages all saying the same, room for 1 car. It really is not possible to have 5 cars parked all at the same time. Getting in and out of the road in front of cottages is very narrow and def not wide enough if you have a bigger car. The people staying at no 5 had a Range Rover and had to pay to park on the long stay car park for the week as did the people at no 4 who had an estate car. We just about managed to park but this did make us not want to use the car. I think the statement room for 1 car whilst in theory is true needs to say for a very small car only and parking is available at towns main car park at an additional cost.

Booked a week in Riverside cottage loved every minute of it.A beautiful home with lovely touches and very tastefully decorated.Very clean.Views to die for.We couldn't say anything negative about it.It was a lovely relaxing break made perfect by its surroundings.
