A beautiful house in an incredible location, but unfortunately neglected. The furniture must have been very expensive at one time, but it was bought several years ago - and you can see that in the furniture. The mattresses (Bico) are dirty and worn through, the dining table is completely scratched. The electrics also need some attention: no light in the living room. We don't want to talk about the bathrooms: clogged sink, antique fittings. Shame to let this gem go to waste.

The house is beautifully situated on a cul de sac and has a large fenced yard, ideal for travelers with dogs. The house was well equipped, everything you needed was there, including towels, cleaning agents, detergents, etc. The hiking trails from the site are not so ideal. So we often used the car to walk the dogs. All in all, a holiday home to be recommended, but time is running too fast down there.

Extremely well-kept house, completely and comfortably furnished with a kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Fully fenced, very beautiful garden, directly adjacent to the community's free access to the lake. The house is recommended in any case.

Only the Parco Figino, a huge meadow, separates the house from the lake. It is also completely fenced in, which makes it particularly attractive for dog owners or families with small children. Inside the house, the kitchen is the highlight - it's fun. The living room is a real gem and looks like it's from another time - incl. VHS recorder and cassette deck. Lots of CDs but no player. The rooms are on the upper floor, everything is well furnished. And the care is great too.

We (5 people with a dog) were very satisfied with the house. It was clean and absolutely functional. Everything you need and more was available. Because of the 3 bathrooms there was never a crowd. The garden with various seating areas was hardly visible from the outside and was completely fenced in. The meadow in front of the house was (October) mainly frequented by dog owners. The little barking of the dogs didn't bother us. Despite the beautiful weather, there was little activity at the lake.

The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen scores with extensive appliances and accessories. What we liked very much, the whole house is fully fenced and very well suited to go on holiday with the dog, since the beach is also in the immediate vicinity where dogs are allowed to swim. Since there are no shops in the immediate vicinity, a car is essential. All in all, a very nice house, where we would go on vacation again in a heartbeat and will definitely be back

The holiday home Riva was absolutely perfect in every way. We felt comfortable from the first moment. It is beautifully built. It is simply equipped with everything you could wish for. It was a real pleasure to cook. The seat is also uniquely beautiful and to stay seated for a long time, also because it was not visible to passers-by. The only thing that bothered me were the many dogs and some young people with loud music until late at night. But the place is public.
