Ringstrasse (Utoring) Apartment 43 Leukerbad, Valais

This was definitely our 20th stay at Utoring. The first time in this apartment and definitely the last! We have never experienced anything so uncomfortable and worn out in all these years. Horrible, broken furniture, a sofa corner that you could hardly get up from because it was definitely from the 1980s! I think the word SHABBY best describes the apartment. We left two days early! The cleanliness and the mattresses are worth mentioning on a positive note!

Winter vacation with family

This appartment is awesome. Very large, clean and well equipped. We had a great stay there and we can highly recommend it. But the most important is the view from the balcony. These high mountains are really breathtaking. Mr A. at the reception is very friendy and helpul. WiFi worked well even at the balcony. There was no washing machine, but for one week it wasm't that important.

The accommodation is very close to the Torentbahn. Very large living and dining room. Everything tip top, only the ski boots don't dry in the ski room.

Possibility of gondola skiing next to the house

Everything was fine. Only the seating area was quite worn.

We have come several times to this apartment and always find it with pleasure. Very good overall quality, except for the carpet in the bedroom, which should be changed.

Very nice apartment, too bad the water tap in the kitchen is still defective after 3 years. Otherwise very practical and complete.

The apartment was nicely furnished with plenty of storage space. A nice balcony and comfortable beds. The equipment in the kitchen was basically good, but unfortunately the kitchen and the crockery/cutlery in the cupboards were not spotlessly clean. The faucet in the kitchen needs to be replaced urgently as it appears to have been broken for a long time. The service in the house was impeccable and very friendly. I think the location of the apartment is great and for us as a family with 2 kids it's great!

The accommodation and the care in the house was, as always, extremely ok and friendly. We'll be back next year, like we've been for 30 years.

The floor plan of the apartment is very spacious and the furnishings are practical. The kitchen has everything you need (including a new Nespresso coffee machine). We have to rate negatively the smell of the apartment, which is probably caused by the carpet in the bedroom, the curtains and the old furniture. It was also unsatisfactory that the shower head, the shower curtain and the two sun loungers on the balcony were broken.

Ideal accommodation for family ski holidays. Literally at the start of the ski lift, a few minutes walk from the public baths. Fully equipped, comfortable, with a friendly team that makes your life easier... nothing to complain about! I recommend without reservation, we had a great holiday.

We really appreciated the equipment of the apartment, the welcome and the cleanliness of all the premises.

We felt very comfortable. The only thing we would have liked was a hair dryer and blankets for the leather couch.
