The apartment is nicely laid out, set in a quiet location, but only 100m from the picturesque mountain railway which takes you directly onto the slopes at Bretaye. The village of Villars a 10 minute walk lies below you, with the peaks of the Portes du Soleil directly in front of you in the distance.

Master bedroom WC emits a foul sewage smell that permeates through the whole master bedroom so i moved to the 2nd bedroom and closed off the master bedroom meaning i paid for a 2 bedroom flat but only got one in the end. the owner & management needs to fix this. But apart from this everything else was lovely.

Only one downside, we deeply regret the price difference this year compared to next year for the same week and the same services! We would have gladly rented it again for several years, but not with these price variations.

Good location. Apartment is appropriately furnished. Neat equipment. In the entrance no possibility to hang up the clothes (wardrobe is missing and closet is too small). Great ski room with lockable compartment is practical. Storen remote control is not described, had to try it for a long time. Great balcony with a beautiful view. You can hear the street and train well when the window is open (out the back). We couldn't turn on the bedside lamps in one room. Cleaning fee is too high.

Very pleasant apartment for two couples. As usual in accommodation in Rochegrise, in Villars, functionality is at the RV. The bedside lamps are placed too low, not adjustable and too dim to be able to read in the bedroom. Too bad for people who like to read before bed! But easy to fix. Another point of detail that there and that we could easily correct, the sofa - moderately comfortable and that we could complete with a 2nd armchair of the same style as the first (classic beige XXX armchair) both for the decorative touch and for comfort.

Beautiful residence, very well located, magnificent apartment facing south-east with garage and 200 meters from the Roches Grises train station. The cabinets in the kitchen and in the hall deserve a good cleaning. and the sofa could be changed (not comfortable the cushions are not stable and no longer very cool. We have been renting this same apartment for several years about 5 years and we see that no improvement has been noticed despite the increase in rent.
