Was a nice place to stay, but a lot of noise due to construction work on the facade, unfortunately there is no oven

The bed, bedroom closet and bedside lamp could be replaced.

The apartment itself is great. It has a good room layout. The balcony couldn't be used because there was scaffolding in front of it and there was no balcony railing. The windows were also taped up 3/4 of the way up, so it was very dark in the room. That should have been said. Who wants to spend 8 days of their free time like that?

The furniture in the apartment is badly worn, damaged or rusted. There was a huge stain behind the microwave. In addition, this building is currently in a construction project where nothing is written anywhere. It was noisy and dusty. At the entrance there are containers with rubble everywhere. All in all, it's not nice and cozy there!

The apartment is really nice, modern, clean and very well equipped. What we didn't expect, however, was the impact of the construction work. During the day, several drills were being used simultaneously, meaning we couldn't talk in the apartment and we had to leave the apartment, contrary to our plans. The living room window is largely taped up. Ventilation and access to the balcony are not possible. The offer did not mention the construction site.

Spacious living-dining area. The kitchen is well equipped, a pity that there was no oven-would be replaced by a microwave.

Was as described. The only downside was that there was no oven. Would rent the apartment again at any time.

Location to the beach was good, unfortunately we didn't have a broom for cleaning. The vacuum cleaner and a shelf in the fridge are broken. For German vacationers there are only three television programs.

Poor attempt to give old apartment a new look & feel. Kitschy & unsociable. Stove did not work: fuse was switched off (!!). Dishwasher did not work, and apparently this was already indicated in a review from August (!!). Heating only works at certain times, not necessarily when you want it to. Large number of TV stations were encrypted. No notification where you can dispose of your waste. In other words: the landlord decides about the well-being of the holidaymaker. Not recommended!

Great space, close to the sea, clean but a bit noisy.

The apartment is nice and clean but unfortunately no German TV channels.

Excellent value for money, quiet location, free parking. 10 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment is very well equipped and has been renovated, the kitchen and the bathroom are new and very pretty. On the other hand I find the walls of the living room too dark, but that does not detract from the general comfort. For the rest, the bed is very comfortable and we had a very good stay at the Calista.

Spacious and immaculate building located on the sixth floor. Beautiful view over the dunes, the sea and the city of Ostend. All necessities were plentiful. Recommended for couples. Only small minus is the narrow terrace.

We had the app. rented for a short trip to the Belgian coast and were very satisfied. The equipment is perfect and the location is very central. From here you can start very well bike tours on the coast. The beach is also within reach, there are enough parking spaces for the car and shops are in the immediate vicinity (700m). All in all very good.

I booked with my brothers this weekend for my parents 45th wedding anniversary. We have heard from them that it was a very nice and nice apartment with all the comforts and found very clean! They had a view of the dunes and the sea beyond which is always nice. We had asked if it was possible to have a flower and bottle of bubbly ready on arrival as an extra festive touch for them. It was extra nice for them and we are very grateful for this extra effort!!
