Panoramic view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: iron, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

The furniture in the apartment is badly worn, damaged or rusted. There was a huge stain behind the microwave. In addition, this building is currently in a construction project where nothing is written anywhere. It was noisy and dusty. At the entrance there are containers with rubble everywhere. All in all, it's not nice and cozy there!

Spacious living-dining area. The kitchen is well equipped, a pity that there was no oven-would be replaced by a microwave.

Location to the beach was good, unfortunately we didn't have a broom for cleaning. The vacuum cleaner and a shelf in the fridge are broken. For German vacationers there are only three television programs.

Poor attempt to give old apartment a new look & feel. Kitschy & unsociable. Stove did not work: fuse was switched off (!!). Dishwasher did not work, and apparently this was already indicated in a review from August (!!). Heating only works at certain times, not necessarily when you want it to. Large number of TV stations were encrypted. No notification where you can dispose of your waste. In other words: the landlord decides about the well-being of the holidaymaker. Not recommended!

Excellent value for money, quiet location, free parking. 10 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment is very well equipped and has been renovated, the kitchen and the bathroom are new and very pretty. On the other hand I find the walls of the living room too dark, but that does not detract from the general comfort. For the rest, the bed is very comfortable and we had a very good stay at the Calista.

Spacious and immaculate building located on the sixth floor. Beautiful view over the dunes, the sea and the city of Ostend. All necessities were plentiful. Recommended for couples. Only small minus is the narrow terrace.

We had the app. rented for a short trip to the Belgian coast and were very satisfied. The equipment is perfect and the location is very central. From here you can start very well bike tours on the coast. The beach is also within reach, there are enough parking spaces for the car and shops are in the immediate vicinity (700m). All in all very good.

I booked with my brothers this weekend for my parents 45th wedding anniversary. We have heard from them that it was a very nice and nice apartment with all the comforts and found very clean! They had a view of the dunes and the sea beyond which is always nice. We had asked if it was possible to have a flower and bottle of bubbly ready on arrival as an extra festive touch for them. It was extra nice for them and we are very grateful for this extra effort!!
