This apartment is beautifully situated and has enormous potential. Unfortunately it is 'revived' and in urgent need of renovation. The 'soft' rent does make up for something, but unfortunately this is gradually becoming the proverbial plaster on the wooden leg…

The Astrid property in Bredene has a great location, especially on the upper floors. We were on the 7th floor and had two balconies. The bedroom faces east and the living room faces north and west. The only drawback was that the balcony in the living room is a bit small and that no German television programs could be received. In Ghent and Holland there are always German programs. Overall the apartment was okay. A beautiful view on both sides because it is also on the 7th floor. 2 balconies (east and west side). Rapid ventilation, especially in the heat, is very good. Unfortunately, there were several points of criticism: Installed extractor in the bathroom and toilet didn't work. TV: no German channels available. In other apartments there was at least ARD and ZDF. Sliding door in the living room was very difficult to open. Reason: Sand from the beach has accumulated in the slide rail for a long time.

I would like to rent again next year if the price remains correct, thank you

The apartment had everything you could need. However, it would be renovated and furnished really well, especially the bathroom.

Fantastic stay! Highly recommended! A very nice view of the sea, beach, and largely of Brene. Definitely a vacation to remember!

The apartment is well maintained and equipped with more than enough household items for those who wish to cook for themselves. Despite its size, the apartment complex is very quiet. The tram stop is nearby. The only major downside is that the large and attractive television in the picture is fixed so that you can mainly watch French-language channels! You can only watch VRT and Canvas, which is sour when you are on holiday in Flanders. The wifi connection was perfect.

We stayed in Bredene for 5 nights. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and offers enough space, even for a longer stay. The facility is functional, even if it needs a bit of an overhaul (balcony door is extremely stiff, some of the tiles in the bedroom are coming off). The view (7th floor) is sensational, sea view on both sides. We'd love to come back.

The apartment is very beautiful. you can see the sea from the balcony. shops and the tram stop is nearby.

Apartment fine. Sleeping possibility for 5 people wasn't quite optimal. Because the final cleaning had to be paid per person, unfortunately we expected a little more from the cleanliness. Kitchen has everything you need. Tv could probably also have a few German channels. Otherwise to recommend. Would come again. Sea was immediately accessible. Top.
