The apartment is small but well-equipped. The description is honest and accurate. The location is excellent, close to the city beach (moderate sand with a tendency towards construction debris underneath, water often murky) and to the center of the picturesque old town. The good, coarse-sand beach "Plage de la Croisette" (crystal-clear water, gets deep very quickly) is a 10-minute walk away. The very good sandy beach "Plage de la Nartelle" (also crystal-clear water) requires a car (4.5 km).

Stayed in August 2025. Very comfortable apartment. Air conditioning is missing, but not necessary as it's shaded from 12:00 PM. Located 20 meters from the town beach and the center. A very beautiful beach is a 7-minute walk away, heading towards Saint Trope. Reserved parking space 20 meters away. Friendly agency staff.

Small apartment in a prime location with side sea view.

very well located rental but very noisy because of the road and the elevator (at night it is very disturbing) the bedding is not comfortable in the entrance height problem at the shower level

Nice apartment but without air conditioning. Nice view of the beach but extremely noisy. Comfortable bed, well equipped.
