Wonderful, light and airy family home located in the charming village of Murton, just a short woodland walk from the golden sands of Caswell Bay. The open plan living areas are bright and spacious while the wood burner and large fireplace add a cosy, inviting touch. The kitchen and utility room are well-equipped and the light, neutral tones in the bedrooms provide a welcome retreat. Outside you will find an attractive south-facing garden complete with raised flower beds, various trees, flowers and patio with garden furniture. 

This holiday home is perfect for friends and family and is within easy reach of Mumbles which has numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. Located on the gateway to the Gower Peninsula, you also can explore the wonderful plethora of beaches, hike the many coastal paths, submerge yourself in water activities or discover the marine life rock pooling. A scenic coastal walk from Caswell will take you around to the ever-popular Langland Bay where you'll find a brilliant seafront brasserie, 18-hole golf course and picturesque beach huts lining the shore.

  • Outside: South-facing rear garden with level patio, raised flower beds, small lawned area, outdoor dining furniture, 2 recliners and umbrella with stand. The garden has various flowers, trees (maytrees), shrubs and a summer house which is great for storage. Garage space accessed via the hallway. Not for parking purposes. 
  • General: Central heating and electricity included. Logs provided for log fire. Bed linen, towels and 2 hairdryers provided. 
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets permitted at this property.
