Reception: One 4-seat sofa, 1 chair, coffee table and TV.
Dining Room: Seating for 4 people and has French doors opening on to a patio area.
Kitchen: Well-equipped with a 4-ring hob gas cooker and oven with extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
First Floor
Master Bedroom: Double bed with sea views, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds, chest of drawers, mirror fronted wardrobe and wash basin.
Bedroom 3: Child's bunk bed and storage space. Please note this bed will be changed to a double sofa bed from May 2022.
Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.
External: The rear garden is terraced with a patio area and garden furniture (not suitable for unsupervised children). There is also a drive which is suitable for a small vehicle as the access is very narrow.
Sleeps 6: 1 Double, 1 Twin 1 Child's Bunk bed (Please note this bed will be changed to a double sofa bed from May 2022.)
