- Outside: balcony from bedroom. Terrace to front with table and chairs for 2.
- Parking: off road parking for 1 car.
- General: changeover day - Saturday (flexible during low season). Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. welcome tray. 4 star rating.
- Pets: 1 small dog welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
- Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
- Notes: no smoking. There is a second bedroom with a double bed, WC and basin available, which can be booked for an extra £150.00 per week. Note: When booking the extra bedroom, the bath and shower are accessed through the main bedroom and therefore this property becomes a 3-Star Visit Wales grade.
