Sea Close is in the pretty coastal village of Langland. Just a short drive from Mumbles, Langland is instantly recognisable by its pretty beach huts. This charming holiday hotspot is great for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Grab a bucket and net and head to the rock pools, play a round of golf or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. The village has a couple of good cafes and an excellent restaurant. Perfect for a family holiday or a seaside escape with friends.

  • Kitchen: induction hob, 2 eye-level ovens (one fan assisted), dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a microwave.
  • Conservatory: dining table and 6 chairs, large storage chest, double doors opening onto a patio with picnic style bench.
  • Bedroom 2: double bed, wardrobe, small chest of drawers with mirror, sofa bed and basin.
  • Bedroom 3: twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
  • Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. 

First Floor

  • Master bedroom: king size bed, 2 x large chest of drawers.
  • Ensuite: bath with hand-held shower, wash hand basin and WC.
  • Bedroom 4: Single bed, table, chair, TV and storage space.

  • Outside: set in half an acre of secluded mature garden of lawns and shrubs.
  • Parking: ample off road parking.
  • General: changeover day - Saturday. . Air-source heat pump system supplying CH and hot water. WiFi. Wood burner supplying additional heat to radiators in each room. Solar-thermal water heating system. Bed linen and towels provided for the beds only (not provided for the sofa bed). Duvets and pillows provided for the sofa beds. 4 star rating.

  • Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
  • Notes: no smoking.  Also available as a smaller 2-bedroom option during Low season and Low+ for a reduction of £100 per full week. The 2-bedroom option offers the double and twin, ground floor bedrooms only.
