The living areas include a kitchen/diner with electric oven and 2-ring hob and fridge with icebox. The bedrooms include a double (zip/link) and a triple bunk with double and single bed. To the outside are shared bathrooms, a covered dining, decking with hot and firepit. Within 4.2 miles there is a shop and pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property does not accept pets or smoking. The Otter is a unique stay in a scenic part of Wales. Please note, the bedrooms are accessed and separated by a zip door and the shower and WC facilities are shared.

Area
Rhayader is a little Welsh market town featuring a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, services, and antiques from the area. a recreation centre with a sizable pool and a regular livestock market is an added plus. A must-see site is the Red Kite Feeding Station, which is located outside of the town. The magnificent dams and reservoirs of the Elan and Claerwen Valleys are located in Rhayader, which is the first town on the River Wye. The Elan Valley has a number of walking and cycling paths (Rhayader offers bike rentals), as well as a visitor centre with a café and a play area for kids. With its incredible range of nature reserves available for visitors to enjoy, this area is referred to as the Wildlife Centre of Wales. Pony trekking is another activity that is offered nearby. Visit Builth Wells, the annual site of the Winter Fair, Royal Welsh Agricultural Show, and Spring Festival. Alternatively, a beautiful drive will take you 34 miles to the Welsh shore.
