Where to begin.. This beautiful cottage is spacious. The games room was an added bonus. Our grandchildren had so much fun. Surprisingly the TV never turned on. Visited the beautiful Elan valley. The surrounding valley is peaceful. The perfect place to relax and take some time out from busy rat race we call life

A great deal of attention went into the little items that were present in the property.. The home was always warm, toy corner for children and a quantity of everyday items in the cupboards present in case you had not brought them such as tin foil, under the sink items, and condiments etc. A most welcoming owner. Just loved it, we had a great Christmas.

A gorgeous house in a lovely setting, isolated enough to feel the peace and quiet but just a few moments from the roads to surrounding towns.. The house is spacious, warm and comfortable, the kitchen is equipped for any occasion and the furniture is comfortable and sturdy. We were on a 3-generation holiday with ages 3-66 and we all loved it! The owners were friendly and responsive when we contacted them. Our only negative is that we had to come home too soon and start all the washing from our adventures (although the really grim stuff was already washed and dried in front of the range overnight!).

The cottage was lovel and quite a bit bigger than expected.. Lovely location with nice views especially the 'viewing room' at the front of the building which allowed us to sit and relax in the warm whilst being able to look at a lovely view of the countryside. The cottage was well equipped and lacked fo nothing really including a games room with a dart board and pool table! The owners were very helpful and tried their best to sort out anything we asked. Really couldn't ask for more, we will try to visit again as soon as possible but maybe in a couple of years as we are already booked for next year elsewhere.

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay at Tanyrallt Farm.. Very spacious and superbly equipped, it had everything we needed and more - even a good range of toys for our 3 year old grandson to play with! The games room was fantastic too. No-one wanted to come home!

Tanyrallt farm is fabulous.. Large farmhouse but Jane, the owner, has made it really cosy and comfortable with everything you need including a games room with pool table and dartboard. The area is lovely and Jane goes the extra mile to make everything perfect. We will definitely book here again. We loved it.

We stayed for just two nights at tanyrallt farm in Beulah, Wales and it was a beautifully kept cottage with all the facilities we needed and more.. It was perfectly clean and tidy, and we were met by the very friendly owner Jane, who was happy to show us round and show us all the facilities and to let us know she was on the other end of the phone if we needed anything. A very pleasant weekend, thank you. Garry Bevan.

The house was comfortable and well equipment.. It was pleasant that the owner met us there and showed us around the property. Across the road was the working farm and it was lovely to talk to the son about local farming. The house is situated in beautiful countryside where we could walk the dog at anytime. We explored locally and was a relaxing holiday.

The door in the living room towards the stairs gets jammed shut and hard to open so we had to keep it open.. Left note in visitors book. Nice views in all rooms and very cosy. Nice cottage and has a great games room.

Extremely good value for money and lovely location.. The only improvement I can think of that would make the house more user friendly would be the addition of a second toilet in the house.

The cottage was just what we wanted.. Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped with everything you need and more. It was lovely and quiet with stargazing at night a treat for the g.children Their favourite drive out was to Elan Valley which they wanted to go to every day Friendly approachable hosts who try their utmost to make it a welcome stay

September 2016
The cottage is set in beautiful and tranquil countryside and as such is ideal for a quiet, relaxing break.. The cottage is clean and spacious and within easy driving distance of Builth Wells and the Elan valley. We particularly enjoyed being able to watch the finish of a stage of the Tour of Britain cycle race at the Builth Wells showground during our stay. Ian and Jane made us feel welcome and we would recommend this cottage.

April 2016
This was an excellent size cottage, quite comfortably fitted 7 of us without feeling under one another's feet. There was a warm and homely feel, with the owners making the effort to ensure we had a great stay. Being part of a working farm, it was great for walks and for the children to see the sheep, lambs and cattle. The views were amazing and to go outside at night and not see one orange glow of a street light was brilliant, all there was just the stars and the sound of the river 500m away. A real gem of a cottage and we will be back!
