The modern kitchen incorporates an Aga and a large dining table with chairs to accommodate all guests. Outside is an enclosed garden, perfect for children and pets - and great for the adults too, with a built in barbecue and luxury furniture. 

Right on the doorstep is the Wye Valley Walk, great for walkers and cyclists alike. Pen y Fan in the Brecon Beacons National Park can be reached in 25 minutes by car. Golf, fishing and horse riding are offered close by. The small town of Builth Wells is a couple of miles away and offers a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants.
