Bungalow was big, clean and comfortable.. Were left to own devises and not disturbed. However, area around hot tub was quite muddy and slippy. Hot tub lid was heavy to lift on and off and there was no frame for this so had to be done completely manually by hand. Hot tub did have some dirt in the water which was off putting.

After first night we had a conflict with a owner due to he was trying to find anything wrong we do to prove that we were breaking terms and conditions of rent contract. As there was no space for kids to play, they played about 8 feet further from us. Unfortunately we didnt realise that it was a private land already. So the neighbor (the owner of that land) came to us to complain that we are not allowed to be there. We apologised immediately and asked kids to come back. The next day we've been asked to leave premises which been rented for 3 nights, due to broken agreement. The kids got upset and streesed out that it was their fault. So we tried to talk with the owner and aske to stay at least one more night. The owner was too negative to listen our side of story. Then police has been involded. The officer told them that they cant kick us out. So the owner took his tractor and blocked our cars with horse poo. So we were trapped and we couldnt leave... Overall it is unsafe place to stay, especially with the kids.

It was the most terrible experience I have ever had during my short brake. The location is nice, ecept the smell of cow poo all day and night. There is no chance you can leave the windows open even for a second. The staff was very rude not even to the adults but to the kids as well. We had one gay couple with us and they have been abused by villa staff. No WiFi, fase information on the Web site. Overall unsafe place to be, especially with the family.

The holiday cottage is great and we loved the peaceful remote location.. the property is spacious and well furnished. I would like to see more attention given to some of the basic equipment just basic stuff - when we are self catering I like to cook and the cottage had a limited kitchen. Things like a roasting pan, mixing bowl, serving dishes, a hand mixer, a dustpan and brush would make this cottage exceptional. The views are amazing and the wifi is good - with a few tweaks it will be exceptional. The key safe need attention and the back door is difficult to open and lock. I would love to return

Unfortunately there were no tripadvisor comments before booking this bungalow, so I learned the hard way. I can't commit to the friendliness of the staff, since we haven't seen them at all, the keys have been left in the property. However I can agree to some of the issues raised in the previous comments. The smell is absolutely terrible, it's awful all the way inside and out. No hot water in the shower thoughout the whole stay and it's constantly blocked. The smell of chlorine coming out of hot tub is horrendous, we didn't  even use it, since we were scared to catch rash, so it's absolutely misleading to highlight as one of your amenities and charge more money for it. Glad that we did not have children with us, since there is no playground area at all, very minimal green space around villa, everywhere is a private land apparently with no signs, which belongs to other people, so you can't access it. The only kind of positive thing about this place is a 'game room' which is actually a dark garage with couple of games and that's all.

The bungalow was well equipped and had everything we needed.. It was very clean and the owner was amazing, she let us check in early and offered to take delivery of our Tesco shopping. By time we arrived it was all packed away. Hot tub was definitely the highlight! Would recommend a stay here and would return again if we was ever in the area.

We had a brilliant week in the bungalow! It was perfect for our 16 month old and we felt relaxed and like it was home from home. The hot tub and the views from it were amazing, we would highly recommend time in the hot tub in the evening with the amazing starry sky - hardly any light pollution! We loved the super king bed & will miss that lots. Half way through the week we were asked how things were which was good. The WiFi was great, especially as we didn’t get phone signal. The games room was freezing so we didn’t venture into it, but the heating in the rest of the place was perfect and it was quick to heat. We visited The Ela Valley many times, Devil’s bridge and Gilfach nature reserve. We also did lots of green laning in the Landry. We organised a Tesco delivery! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and loved it being so remote and quiet. Was definitely one of these best holidays we have had. The only negatives were that it didn’t have much personal touch like a guest book or reccommendation book. We also did not meet Carl the owner and that might have been nice. He wasn’t great at responding to texts in the lead up to our stay. The smart tv was fab but we couldn’t really watch it as streaming was too slow. Nothing major, a brilliant stay and we will definately be back!!!

Fantastic place to stay.. Everything we needed was provided it was comfortable and modern with beautiful views from every window. Loved the fact we could play pool in the game's room and also prvoided other games including beer pong which was great too. Our favourite was playing pool though one of the reasons we booked in the first place . Went to see the red kites feeding centre at Gigrin Farm also a great day. We have aleady booked again for next year and hope the facilities will be the same.

The cottage could do with a slight refurbishment to bring it back up to standard but otherwise very comfortable, great facilities and excellent views..

The water is from a private source so it was discoloured, I took bottles of mineral water to drink and make hot drinks, the snooker cues never had any tips on, and if you want to go to a shop expect at least a 30 min drive it literaly is in the middle of nowhere, but other than that we enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing and very clean, one more thing my partner and I could not get a signal im on 02 and hes on Vodaphone our friends who came were on EE and they got a perfect signal..

The place we stayed was lovely and we had a great time.. The kitchen was massive , the bedrooms were comfortable and the hot tub was incredible. Also gorgeous location with amazing views. The only negatives were there were a lot of flies inside the property espically in the kitchen and bedrooms. Also the first day the water was coming out dirty from the taps but it did ajust itself over night.
