Both spacious and stylish, and perfect for both families or couples wanting a break in the Brecon Beacons National Park, this pet friendly bungalow has an enclosed garden and a private hot tub and is within 500 metres of the village pub. The small and peaceful village of Trecastle sits on the edge of the national park and is well served with its village pub and interesting antique centre. Take in the Waterfall County and Dan yr Ogof Caves along the way (within 20 miles). For a more challenging walk, take on the mighty Pen Y Fan (14 miles), the highest peak in southern Britain, which offers jaw dropping views from its summit. Head west to reach the picturesque Usk Reservoir (4.5 miles), a wonderful spot for cycling, stone skimming, picnics, fishing and walking. Or, for amenities, head east to reach the market town of Brecon (12 miles). Set on the main road of the village with easy access for guests to the rear of the property, a set of steps leads to the enclosed raised terrace area with a double door into the garden room. A perfect place for muddy boots and coats, the room has been set up for guests to relax in whilst enjoying the garden. From here, you will access the main body of the house, the spacious kitchen/diner. The well equipped kitchen area offers everything you may need for preparing food during your stay, along with a generously sized dining table and chairs perfect for supper time and catching up with friends. A few steps provide access into the snug where guests can relax in style enjoying the wood burner. To the front of the property, there s a lounge with a Smart TV, a feature fireplace and comfortable seating. Guests have the choice of two bedrooms, a double or a twin. There is a bathroom with a separate shower cubicle, bath and WC. Outside, there s an enclosed garden with a raised terrace that offers a table and chairs for summer dining, and further into the garden, there s a BBQ and private hot tub.
