The cottage is located on the periphery of the village of Sageston, just a short drive from both Tenby and Saundersfoot. The village has two pubs and a restaurant and offers walking routes out to Carew and Milton. Explore Carew Castle and grounds or take a scenic walk around the mill pond. For family days out you're spoiled for choice with Manor Wildlife Park (2.2. miles), Heatherton World of Activities (2.2 miles) Folly Farm (6.2 miles) and Oakwood Theme Park (7.6 miles) offering plenty of choices to keep the family entertained. For a day at the beach, head to the popular coastal town of Tenby (5 miles) which offers four golden sand beaches to enjoy as well as boat trips out to Caldey Island from its iconic harbour during the Summer season. As you enter the converted barn cottage you are welcomed into a beautiful open plan lounge/ kitchen/diner. The cosy lounge area enjoys a three seater chaise sofa and separate armchair centred around the Smart TV. Curl up at night in front of the large wood burner and relax with a good book while listening to the fire crackle. There's a dining table for 6 which leads off to the well equipped, cottage kitchen. Completing the ground floor is a convenient boot room and additional entrance point for the cottage. Downstairs on the basement level is a utility room with a washer/dyer. Head up the stairs and you will find the family bathroom on the half landing. The bathroom boasts a large double bath with an overhead shower perfect for a long soak after a day of exploring the county. Carry on up to the first floor and you will find the three, spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, FreeSat TV, and an en suite wet room. The second bedroom has a double bed and Smart TV and the third room is a twin bedroom. All rooms have underfloor heating and provide ample storage for clothes and belongings and offer a relaxing and tranquil space to rest on your holiday. Externally, the cottage enjoys a generously proportioned garden. There is a patio area with outdoor dining furniture and charcoal BBQ to make the most of the warmer evenings. Just a few steps from the patio you will find a large, raised lawned area perfect for children and dogs to run around and play.
