Tenby's North Beach and town centre can be reached on foot in just half a mile and there is a small convenience store under two hundred metres away for picking up essentials. The town centre boasts an array of bars and restaurants, plus independent and high street shops for you to choose from. You truly are spoilt for choice with the many restaurants and takeaway cafes in town, plus some of the best seafood you will taste, fresh from the harbour. For family days out, Manor Wildlife Park and Heatherton World of Activities are just under 3 miles away. As you enter the building, there is a small corridor leading to the front door of your apartment. You are welcomed into the inviting hallway with space for your shoes and coats and the living and sleeping spaces are to be found either side of this space. Just off the hallway is the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has a sumptuous corner sofa centred around the Smart TV for cosy evenings in. The kitchen benefits from an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave plus all the cookware and crockery you could need to rustle up a tasty meal during your stay or pack a light lunch to take to the beach. A washing machine and tumble dryer has also been provided for convenience to do your laundry as you go. The dining table is nestled towards the back of the lounge making this a great all round entertaining space where the family can cook, eat and relax together. The first two of three bedrooms can be found off the lounge space. The master suite is a very generously proportioned room with a double bed, ample storage for clothes and belongings, and a comfortable occasional chair to relax on. The access to the courtyard garden is also off this room so you may enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning with the French doors open and taking in the sea air. The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed with single over double perfect for families with young and older children alike. There is a spacious family bathroom on this corridor which benefits from a freestanding bath, separate shower and WC. Head back through the lounge towards the hallway and the third bedroom can be found on the opposite side of the hall. Another good king size room with plenty of storage space and an additional chair. Opposite the third bedroom is a shower room with shower and WC. Externally the property benefits from a small, enclosed courtyard garden with a patio, BBQ and garden furniture. It's a great space to relax in after a day out exploring, taking in the last of the sunshine. There is a private car park that serves the building with two allocated parking spaces.
