Check in was too late check pot was too early ------ I appreciate the Covid situation , but say 10.. 30 / 3pm would be a lot better still giving 41/2 hours for a deep clean
Property was very good very clean and comfy
would definitely stay again

The standard of cleanliness was poor, fridge unclean with leftover food in frosted over icebox, food remnants behind couch, vacuum bag chock full, exterior unclean and outside walls covered in green slime..

We had a brilliant week at this cottage.. The location is amazing - 1 minute from the shops, beaches and harbour. Parking is not a problem as there is a permit included with the house. The space is in the harbour which is a 2 minute walk away. There was always a space and it is very safe to leave your car there. There are restrictions on cars during July, August and September but you can still get in and out of the town with the permit. A previous review said that their car was stuck each day but this is not the case. As long as you have the permi, you are free to come and go as you like. The owner sends you a copy of the permit before you go so you can get in on the day of arrival. You can also unload the car at the bottom of the street. The house itself is lovely. It has everything you need. We have two small kids and everything was there for us. There is a washing machine, clothes horse, vacuum and iron. They have plastic plates, cups and there is washing up liquid, tin foil etc all there. The stairs to the third floor are really steep but our 4 and 5 year olds were fine with it. They also loved the basement area where they could have some space to themselves. There is a small back garden but the location of this house means you are one minute from amazing beaches. The house is really clean and comfortable. There is so much to do in Tenby and the surrounding area. This was one of the best holidays we have had as a family and we have already booked again for next August.

We stayed here whilst competing in the RS200 Nationals. Ideal location, so close to the sailing club and close by for shops and the morning dash for croissants etc. The cottage provided a great base for us but we hadn't realised that the old town is pedestrianised for August and had we known that we'd have planned the break slightly differently as by the time we'd got ready for the day the car was effectively parked up till the evening. Love the fact that a parking space is provided, you don't know how valuable this is till you get here!

This house was perfectly placed for us visiting Tenby for Ironman wales and couldn't have been better.. It made our weekend perfect for the whole family. The house had everything we needed and the children loved the cellar - a place of their own. It was easy to book and easy to arrange entry with the landlady.

The holiday was wonderful due to the great location of the cottage two minutes to the beach and two minutes to the town, we now have been coming back here for four years and will definitely been returning again.. The cottage has a lovely interior and lots of space for a group to stay great to be able to park the car up and have lots of things to do locally.

This lovely house is in a lovely and beautiful location right in the centre of Tenby, could not be better in closeness to the beaches, harbour and shops. The house we stayed in is beautifully maintained and looked after and feels like a home from home.

Just returned from a lovely holiday at this cottage in Tenby. Went with parents and 19 month old daughter. The cottage is ideally placed to really enjoy all that Tenby has to offer; namely the shops, restaurants and of course the fantastic beaches and harbour views. It is well equipped with ample space for our size of party. The two main bedrooms were comfortable and generously sized, good shower in the main bathroom and lots of lovely, good quality towels. We found the stairs to the loft and down to the cellar a bit tricky and nervy with a toddler as they are very steep, plus I am pregnant so it made it difficult to get up and down to her but for older children it would not be such an issue.
I would have liked Wi-Fi access as I spent most nights in due to childcare. You can get free Wi-Fi in lots of cafes and pubs but it would have been useful in the cottage especially as I could not use 4G either due to signal.
This is a lovely, characterful cottage, right in the heart of Tenby and has everything on it's doorstep.

We stayed around Easter time with 3 children. The house was very comfortable and immaculately presented with everything one would need for a short or extended break. Perhaps the best element of this house was it's location. In a quiet, quaint old street but only a few steps away from the spectacular beach and the main street with bars, restaurants and shops. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house for couples or families.

1 Quay Hill is an outstanding property that suited the needs of our family - four grandparents, two parents, a 16 year old nephew and our two children under 5 years old. It was clean, beautifully furnished and well-equipped. The quality and size of the rooms was excellent. The property does have a steep 'space-saver' staircase to the third floor, which posed more of a challenge for my wife and I to negotiate than it did for our two children who negotiated it easily and who loved that bedroom. The small outdoor space was very cleverly utilised to it's maximum potential. The property was ideally located for us providing easy access to a couple of beaches less than five minutes walk away, ideally located for nice evening strolls and yet very close to all the local amenities that the town of Tenby has to offer. We would not hesitate to use this property again in the future or to recommend it to our friends and family.

We stayed here with our grandchildren and it was perfect. It is a fabulous house - well equipped and beautifully furnished. Tenby is a great place for people of any age but the beaches are so close to the house that it makes it really easy with little ones. Shopping is very handy too. Definitely the best place to stay in Tenby.

This house was an amazing place to stay for our week long holiday in Tenby for Ironman Wales. There were 8 of us in total, 4 adults and 4 young children. Firstly, the house itself is superbly finished to a really high standard with lots of small touches that make a real difference, when we opened the champagne after the Ironman, there were champagne flutes in the cupboard!!!
There is also plenty of room, the two main bedrooms are big and really well furnished. The children love the attic room with 4 beds but also love the basement as a den and bedroom (plus I loved it because I could store my bike and other gear there). There were two families and ample room for all of us and the living room, dining room and kitchen were great and well stocked.
The location is second to none, right in the heart of Tenby but on a quiet street so you don't get disturbed. My father parked his car in the allocated spot and didn't move it for the week.
I regularly visit Tenby and will definately b staying again and have already recommended it to a friend for a group party in Oct.
A really fabulous place and the owner was exceptionally helpful at all stages.
