Holiday Rental Description

With the little market town of Narberth 2.5 miles away, discover independent shops selling a whole range of exquisite items, from fine art to fine food. Afterwards, enjoy the many award winning cafes, pubs and restaurants to choose from. Find exotic creatures, farmyard animals and adventure playgrounds at Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo just 4 miles away, or for a more peaceful outing, follow the Cleddau waterway through tranquil, ancient woodland, expansive salt marsh and tidal creeks, 10 miles away. There are glorious, sandy beaches at Amroth, Saundersfoot and Wisemans Bridge, all within 6 miles, and with leisure pursuits such as walking, cycling, sailing, fishing, quad biking, horse riding and golfing, there is something to suit all the family. Adjoining the owner's residence, this spacious three bedroom property retains its privacy by being fully self contained with its own separate access. With charm and character in abundance, it is a fabulous choice for a family holiday in Pembrokeshire. Surrounded by lovely gardens complete with a fish pond, children's play area, ceramic studio, photography studio (clay making and photography workshops can be arranged with the owner), and seasonal vegetables available to buy from the owner's garden. Light, airy and furnished to a high standard, the spacious lounge is ideal for socialising offering comfortable sofas in front of a wood burner, perfect for unwinding after a busy day outdoors. The kitchen has an electric hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer and dishwasher, with a kitchen table perfect for grabbing a quick bite. For more sociable meal times, settle at the dining area in the lounge. With the kitchen, lounge and all of the bedrooms having TVs, there won't be any arguing over the remote. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, with the latter enjoying an en suite shower room, and all of the bedrooms boast French doors to the decked area, allowing light and fresh air to pour in. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. Outside, there are two large gardens, one garden is private for guest use, and the other garden is shared with the owner and has a children's play area, an animal area and a fish pond, which children will need to be supervised around. The large private decked area with garden furniture allows for al fresco dining at any time of the day and night and there is also an additional private area with a plinth for a disposable BBQ. There is ample parking and a shop, pub and restaurant are 2.5 miles away.
