  • "Firstly, being notified of the removal of the hot tub only 4 days before our holiday gave us little time to rearrange."

Presumably the cost of the accommodation is based on having the use of a hot tub ? The property was also still being advertised as having it. Secondly the property was advertised as "pet friendly" but a notice inside the cottage said that pets are not allowed upstairs. This meant the first 3 nights of our week's stay involved us having to listen to our dog whimpering downstairs while we tried to sleep upstairs and much broken sleep. Not the very relaxing holiday we hoped for.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that we had to make you aware of the broken hot tub so close to your departure date unfortunately this was due to unforeseen damage that we could not repair in time for your visit. Regards the owners Property Owner
