*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance and bring your own cot linen.
*There are steep stairs to the attic room. Children must be supervised at all times.
*There are two parking permits for Sainsbury's, one of which is reserved. An EV charging point is nearby, approximately 30 yards from the reserved parking bay.
*The fifth bedroom contains three single beds. Two beds can be joined to form a king-size bed – you'll need to request this at the time of booking.
*Body boards, beach toys and folding deck chairs are provided for days at the beach.
