Fantastic location, right by the beach.. Had private parking. Lovely bright cottage with outdoor furniture so we could eat our meals outside. Big shower with plenty of hot water and nice soft towels. It was great to have good Wi-Fi so we could use our tablets and watch films with fire stick. We highly recommend this cottage and will definitely stay there again.

A little jewel, Perfect central situation to enjoy Saundersfoot on you’re doorstep.. Once there no need to use your car or other transport other than to visit neighbouring places such as Tenby or the beautiful Barafundle Bay. Owners thought of everything to make our stay welcoming and a lovely holiday.

Lovely central location.. We were not troubled by any noise although next to a car park. You cannot really see the car park due to hedging. Cottage is very light and bright and warm too. Everything we needed to cook etc was there. Beds were comfy with nice quality bedding. Wi-fi worked well. I would say the private parking is more suitable for 2 small cars rather than three. We only had one and therefore the space was more than adequate. Is there were any negatives, it would be the stairs. They would benefit from a anti slip surface. Saundersfoot itself is fairly small but has a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Tenby is close enough to walk to (3 miles) via the road or coast path. There are frequent bus services here and to other locations. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thanks to Sykes and the cottage owners.

Superb location in centre of town with a parking space but still very private.. One of the cosiest, well equipped cottages we have stayed in. The owners were very welcoming and gave us some tips for eating out and places to visit.

We have just returned from a week at Brewery Cottage. It is perfectly situated in the heart of Saundersfoot but set back slightly from the high street for privacy. The owners have stripped the place down so that it is light, airy and open plan yet is very cosy at the same time, especially with the blinds shut in the evenings. Everything you could possibly need is supplied and the vase of roses upon arrival was a lovely touch. There are plenty of leaflets on things to do and places to visit, we partularly enjoyed the historic walk around Saundersfoot which was a story of a young lad Tomos who grew up in the coal mining era. The leaflet is in the TV cabinet and is really aimed at children but we found it interesting at our age and no children! The walk to Wisemans Bridge through the tunnels fromSaundersfoot is an absolute must. Congratulations to the owners of this little gem; a perfect base for exploring South Wales.

The location in the centre of the village was excellent - and with parking! It was within 3 minutes walk of the seafront and beach, with good accessibility to explore the rest of the county. The décor was tasteful and practical - the shower especially was great.

Just returned home from Brewery Cottage, it is well appointed, in a great location just a short step from shop and restaurants and more importantly the beach and harbour . Visted Stackpole Quay, Tenby , Colby Woods & Narberth in the short time we were there .

The cottage was perfect, a home from home. The location was in a good spot as it was really close to all amenities. There was plenty of places for eating/drinking and the people were really friendly. The scenery was beautiful.

Excellent in the heart of Saundersfoot seconds away from everything including the Harbour and Beach. This is a cottage with Scandinavian feel the entire accom is first rate. Only two drawbacks - Night Club chucks out around 3:00am and one of the carparks about 200yds away is the taxi pick up area for the drunks so you do have the related noise until around 4:30am. Carpark directly in front of Brewery Cottage is constantly used but we found this was OK but coach drivers back up coaches to the boundary wall of Brewery Cottage so the exhaust fumes are terrible. If this was the height of the season and you was sitting outside with Children it would not be nice. I think the Parish council should relocate the coach area away from houses maybe in front of the Bowling Club which seams to be only used on a week end. Not easy to find, need a sign on the Pizza bar wall.

A beautiful cottage, the pictures really do not do it justice. The conversion has been done with great vision and the décor is perfect in the seaside setting. We loved the open plan living and the very close proximity to the facilities in Saundersfoot.

This charming cottage was in a great central location in the village, yet private and not overlooked. The cottage was very well equipped, with a great shower and comfortable beds. The garden patio area was lovely too.

July 2014
I liked the close proximity of the cottage to the beach and shops. It is literally a 60 second walk to Tesco Express and only 2 minutes to the beach. Ideal for older people like my parents who struggle to walk anywhere too hilly or steep. Brewery Cottage has everything you could possibly need. It really is the perfect holiday home.

April 2014
Lovely little cottage that was great value. We loved its close proximity to the beach and easy access to Coast paths and cycle ways. Never been to Pembrokeshire before - it is beautiful and sunny! The cottage is secluded, albeit it is in the middle of the village, but away from the road. It is next to a car park, but it didn't spoil it in any way. Great bolt hole, comfortable and everything a family needs. Do not want to recommend too highly as want it to be free when we will come again!

We absolutely love this cottage, it is tucked away, but still so close to the beach and all the restaurants. The owners are very helpful and kind. The decoration of the cottage is just perfect, and we love the space and openness. Saundersfoot is a great base, and we could not fault any of it.

I enjoyed the general ambience of the cottage, and the very good links to all sorts of transport options close to the cottage was very handy.

We have just very reluctantly returned home from a weeks stay in this homely large 'Beach Hut', the decor just made us feel like it was a glorious hut by the sea! The cottage was thoughtfully decorated and had everything which we needed. The double bed was very comfortable, the show was wonderful, the whole place was light and airy and oh so clean. even though it is sitated right in the centre of Saundersfoot village it is very private and has good secure parking. Shops, beach, harbour, pubs, hairdressers, takeaways, resaurants are within a couple of minutes flat walik. Only downside was the car park next door, as a light sleeper a couple of earplugs worked their magic, my husband didn't get disturbed at all and no ear plugs. I cannot think of anything Mr & Mrs Evans could do to inprove this lovely hideaway. We will return...........but not soon enough!

The cottage was really lovely and fantastically equipped. The owners gave us very good instructions and left us a stairgate and highchair. Brewery Cottage is in a superb location for the beach and restaurants in Saundersfoot. We're hoping to come back again soon!

Although this cottage is tooked away down a little alley between shops, the directions given made it easy to find. Lovely cottage, welcoming, lovely decor and quite spacious. It is very clean, the layout makes for a very cosy holiday and everything you could ever need is provided together with an excellent selection of books, dvds, cds and games and a great jigsaw which we completed on a wet day. Very convenient for local shops and the beach and eating places. Can certainly recommend without hesitation and would return ourselves in the future. One of the nicest cottages we have stayed in over the years. Lovely little patio/garden area although we didn't use it owing to the time of year (October) we visited and very mixed weather.

Brewery cottage had more than enough space. The spacious feel to the property was nice and it still had a cosy atmosphere. We loved the outside space, where we sat in the evenings, the twinkly lights were a nice touch.

We really liked the fact that lots of extras were provided e.g. barbeque charcoal which we used as the weather was so good. We liked the parking for our car. The cottage was in a very good location for visiting other places of interest and for taking local walks. The Tesco supermarket was excellent for shopping.

WE stayed at Brewery Cottage for a week at the end of APril and it is hard to fault it. From the helpfulness and friendliness of Richard the owner to the quality of the furnishings and decoration in the cottage to its perfect position right in the centre of the town. There is a fabulous restaurant pracitcally next door and, for when you want to cook in the cottage, a large Tesco Express just the other side of the restaurant. The harbour and the beach are a minute's walk away and its easy to get to pretty muhc all of the walks you'd want to do on the Pembrokeshire coastal path. A real find, highly recommended.
