Outside there's off-road parking for one car and an enclosed side balcony with furniture. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop, pub and beach within 0.3 miles. Note: This property has steps to the exterior. Note: Electric car charging is prohibited; car charging points are available in the nearby Regency Hall car park
