Newport is located on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, which is world-renowned for its unique terrain and fantastic prospects for dolphin and seal spotting. All year round, wonderful seaside walks along the route or in the adjacent Preseli Hills with ever changing scenery are a walker's dream. Visit the mills, artisan centres, and castles strewn over the county to learn about history, or spend a day at the beautiful Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort to learn about life at the time firsthand. Visit the Shire Horse Farm to see the gorgeous Shire Horses or spend the day relaxing on one of the many beautiful sandy beaches. This is a great place for the whole family all year.
