New England has three main bedrooms: one in an annexe with a double bed (zip/link, can be a twin on request) and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC; one first floor double and one first floor Queen double with basin and WC. There is also an additional small ground floor single, a ground-floor bathroom with a bath, basin and WC, and a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower and basin. The property includes a kitchen, a living/dining room with a woodburning stove, and a conservatory. It features oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a Smart TV, and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter for the woodburning stove are included. A travel cot is available on request. The rear garden offers a patio and lawn, and one well-behaved dog is welcome. There is off-road parking for three cars. The property is non-smoking. The nearest shop and pub are 1.2 miles away, with the beach 3.6 miles away. Note: Stairs are steep, take care. Make memories at New England.

Newport is a beautiful coastal town in Pembrokeshire, south west Wales lying on the River Nevern with a selection of shops, pubs, tea rooms, plus an excellent golf course overlooking the sea as well as a lovely sheltered harbour. Newport lies on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path which is renowned worldwide for its unique landscape and wonderful opportunities to go dolphin and seal spotting. Wonderful coastal walks along the path or in the nearby Preseli Hills with the ever changing scenery are a walkers dream all year round. Learn about history when you visit the mills, craft centres and castles dotted around the county or spend a day at the wonderful Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort where you can learn hands on all about living during that time. See the majestic Shire Horses at the Shire Horse Farm or spend relaxing days on the huge choice of beautiful sandy beaches. All year round this is a perfect location for all the family.
