  • "Great house, perfect location, spacious living area and bedrooms, two lovely bathrooms."

Garden not that practical for everyone as lots of steps to reach it, but pleasant and not overlooked. Kitchen well equipped and Aga very welcoming! Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working gor our stay, but that would have been great fun Overall, a great house and great service from the people in the office opposite!

  • "Delightful property, this is our second visit."

Property clean and very well equipped. Hot tub needed mid week service-this was resolved by Meg bringing us the required chemicals. The solar lights in the garden not working due to lack of sunlight additional safety lights would have been useful. Number of light bulbs on the top floor need replacing. Thank you for the Xmas tree and decorations really added to the festive feel. We will hopefully be back.

  • "Great house everywhere inside clean and very tidy and ideal for up to 10 people with 2 dogs."

Everything provided in the kitchen lounge bedrooms and bathrooms. Ideal location for local shops restaurants and pubs. Not too far from Newport Sands. Bit disappointed with the outside area that needed a thorough brush up - not dirty just untidy. The hot tub needed filling and wasn’t ready for use which after a 5 hour journey was disappointing. We will be here next year, subject to availability. I must say we were very impressed with the local Coastal Cottages office who’s response time was first class !!!
