The market town of Abergavenny boasts a castle with its own museum, churches, an indoor market, shops, pubs and restaurants. Walks through the Wye Valley and Vale of Usk, or along the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal are close by. You can also explore the Brecon Beacons National Park. Monmouth is within driving distance and is certainly worth the visit.
