The property

The Old Lifeboat House is both romantic and atmospheric.

Step out onto the balcony, where the remains of the old lifeboat slipway can be seen in this beautiful south east corner of Anglesey, and hear the sound of seabirds, the salty smell of the sea and the mournful gong of Trwyn Du lighthouse.

You might even be lucky enough to see a dolphin pod while relaxing on the balcony with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is a lovely bright and contemporary space.

The living area has cane sofas and chairs and a wood burning stove with a dining table and chairs to seat 8 comfortably.

The kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and utensils. French windows lead to the balcony which has lovely views and garden furniture. The rear hallway has a door opening to the garden with a footpath down to the water’s edge. A second cosy sitting room has two sofas and large, flat screen Smart TV and DVD player. The washing machine is house in a cupboard in the front hall. There is a ground floor twin bedroom and shower room with large shower cubicle, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room with shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

There is a further twin room upstairs and a family bathroom with large bath and hand held shower attachment, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is a graveled drive and parking area and a large, natural, lawned garden. Just a short drive will take you into the popular seaside town of Beaumaris.

Enjoy it's many independent shops, cafés and restaurants or soak up some culture in the castle or Victorian gaol.
