The living areas in this single-storey cottage consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer and a sitting room with Smart TV and doubled-sided woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin with en-suite shower room, there is also a family shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a multi-level garden with patio, lawn, furniture, barbecue and chiminea. Within 1.3 miles there is a shop and 1.4 miles a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Gull Cottage is a wonderful setting for a getaway on the Isle of Anglesey. Note: This property is not suitable for young children due to steps and small drops in garden. Note: A few steps throughout the property, please take care.

Newborough, or Niwbwrch as it is spelled in Welsh, is a small village in the southwestern corner of Anglesey. Llanddwyn Bay is conveniently located nearby and is widely considered to be one of the best beaches in all of Britain. This beautiful bay is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, canoeing, and birdwatching. Skylarks, meadow pipits, oyster catchers, toads, lizards, and other amphibians and reptiles call the 1500-acre sand dune system of Newborough Warren home. Within a short drive, you can reach the Anglesey Sea Zoo, Foel Farm, and the Anglesey Sea Salt, all of which are great options for a family outing. The Anglesey Racecourse is located in nearby Aberffraw, promising a thrilling day out.
