For the rainy days there is a playroom, which is ideal to keep children of all ages occupied, comprising of a selection of games and a Smart TV. Head out into garden where there is ample space for the children to play or sit and enjoy the view whilst listening to the birds. If you can bear to take yourself away, head out to the lovely sandy beaches of Lligwy or Benllech with its blue flag beach, or the picturesque former fishing village of Moelfre, just a short car journey away. Here you will find a restaurant and a local pub serving food, as well as a fish and chip shop and the local convenience shop is also nearby to pick up essentials. The Anglesey Coastal path is easily accessed from Gorwel, offering a superb base to explore.

Area Moelfre is a seaside village, home to a port, a beach and views of Snowdonia in the distance. There are some pubs/restaurants and local shops for your essentials. The village is popular because of the Seawatch Centre where people can watch the sea birds, seals and even dolphins. Benllech and Red Wharf Bay are not far away, both having miles of beaches to explore.
